VocoBook is not software you are left to configure. We do the discovery, build your front desk around how your business actually answers the phone, connect your number and your calendar, test it, and keep improving it while it runs.

What the installation fee buys
Discovery, business-data configuration, agent setup, phone provisioning, calendar and integration work, conversation design, testing, staff orientation, production launch and the first round of optimization once real calls start arriving.
What happens if you go over
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of talk time. Past it you are billed per minute at the rate shown on your plan. Your usage is on your dashboard from the first call, so the bill is never the first time you hear about it.
Your number stays yours
We can provision a new local number for you, or answer on the one your customers already know. If you leave, we hand the number back rather than holding it hostage.
QUESTIONS
Questions worth asking
And if yours is not here, ask the front desk itself. It answers on the demo line day and night.
You can hear it. There is a live demo on the homepage that answers you in real time, and we run a test call against your own business details before anything goes live. What we do not do is switch a production front desk onto your real phone line unpaid. The setup work that makes it good happens before the first customer ever calls it.
What if it says something wrong to my customer?
It is built not to guess. It may only state what you have given it or what a lookup returned during the call: prices, availability, policies and addresses all come from your configuration. When it does not know, it says so, takes the caller's details and passes the message to you.
Does it hand calls to a real person?
Yes, mid-call, to a number you choose. It is also told when to: an angry caller, anything it cannot answer, and anything you have told it to escalate.
Is there a contract?
Monthly, cancel with notice, on the standard plans. Introductory and negotiated pricing may carry a minimum term, and where it does we say so in writing before you pay.
Can it book into my existing calendar?
Google Calendar, on the Growth plan and above. Appointments appear where your team already looks, and the caller is only told an appointment is confirmed once it has actually been created.
What about emergencies?
VocoBook is a front desk and must never be relied on for emergencies. If a caller describes one, it tells them to hang up and call 911. Do not advertise this line as an emergency contact.
